    Grilled or poached salmon, grilled chicken breasts, grilled vegetables, including grilled Portobello mushrooms, beautifully arranged
    on a platter, along with a fresh pasta salad and a fresh fruit platter. Served with a selection of fresh whole-grain bread and rolls.

  • The Newport Sandwich Platter
    Grilled chicken breast with mixed greens, avocado, and assorted antipasto. Served with parmesan vinaigrette and brick-oven Italian bread.

    Prosciutto and mozzarella with sun-dried tomatoes and roasted red peppers.  Served with focaccia bread, pesto dip,
