Bartender fee includes one-hour pre-party bar set-up and after-party clean-up of bar and bar service area. Bartenders have their own basic equipment, including cocktail shakers, stainless steel strainers and stirring spoons, can-openers, bottle-openers, cork-screws, ice tongs, ice scoops, towels and aprons. Bartenders are trained and experienced in mixing most of the best-known cocktails, such as Margaritas, Sours, Manhattans and Martinis, as well as many of the newest drinks, including Mojitos, Cosmopolitans, and the new Martinis: Dirty Martini, Apple Martini, Chocolate Martini, Watermelon Martini, Peach Martini, Mandarin Orange Martini. Our bartenders can also mix up Sangrias and Punches, such as Classic Sangria with Market Fresh Fruit, Rose' Sangria with Green & Red Grapes, White Sangria with Honeydew & Riesling, and Chambord Raspberry Fruit Punch. We recommend 1

For a buffet or barbecue, we recommend 1
server per 35 guests, plus a second server per 35 guests if hors d'oeuvres
are served. For a Sit-down Dinner, we suggest 1 server per 15 guests, plus a second server per 15 guests if hors d'oeuvres are served. We recommend 1 bartender per 35 guests. |

STATION SERVERS

Minimum 2 hours. Server must be paid for one hour set-up time, and at least one hour of service. |

Station Servers serve only from their designated stations, and usually work with specialized equipment (i.e. espresso machines, cotton-candy machines, BBQ grills, etc.) They do not serve tableside, nor do they clean tables or dining area. Station Servers are employed in such
situations as an Appetizer Station, an Espresso Bar, a Dessert Table, etc. |
