Cocktail Hour Buffet Menu
These fine appetizers can be presented to your guests in one of three ways:
1 - served on stationary garnished platters,
2 - served "butler-style" by your wait-staff, or
3 - they may be ordered by the tray and served "buffet style" from chafing racks.
