Ludwig's will now combine our Italian, Mexican and American Appetizer Stations to create a spectacular display of international delicacies!  Everything described on the page above can be combined into one package for the special price of $2,000.

 

Appetizer Stations

If you have ever attended one of our catered affairs,
you have probably seen one of our beautiful displays of
fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, accompanied
by a variety of home-made dips and spreads!

 

Our American Appetizer' Station is likely to include such items as:

a variety of fine cheeses, such as sweet Muenster from Wisconsin, and sharp Vermont cheddar, artfully presented on wooden cutting boards and mirrored trays

A whole turkey breast, oven-roasted to a golden hue, served with home-made cranberry and nut jelly . . .

a delicious baked Virginia ham, served on the bone with a carving knife and cutting board, accompanied by a variety of flavored mustards . . .

We also include an array of freshly baked breads, rolls and croissants,

as well as a selection of appetizers which vary from menu to menu.

And of course, a selection of our home-made deli salads!

 

 

 

Our Mexican Appetizer Station is an excellent centerpiece for any Fiesta!

  • Fresh vegetables with home-made dips,
    such as guacamole, salsa, refried beans and cool ranch dip!

  • Spicy Chicken Wings with Pueblo Sauce
     

  • Spicy Mexican Chicken Patties

  • Nachos and Tortilla Chips with all the Fixings!
     
  • Chile con Carne served in terra cotta clay pots!
     
  • Fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables from the Southwest!

A stunning display of fresh and marinated vegetables, as well as seasonal fruits, accompanied by several home-made dips, spreads, flavored oils and balsamic vinegars.
